Creating Static Web Pages
| 1 | To start exporting the Alphabetical List of Products report to the Web, click the File menu, and click Export. |
| 2 | To specify a location where the report will be stored, in the Export Report 'Alphabetical List of Products' To dialog box, double-click the Garden Company folder, and then double-click the Vendors subfolder. |
| 3 | To assign a name to the report, click in the File name text box, and type AlphaProd. |
| 4 | To select the file type, click the arrow next to the Save as type text box, click HTML Documents, click the Autostart check box, and click Export. |
| 5 | To start exporting the report, in the HTML Output Options dialog box, click OK. |

Creating a Data Access Page with AutoPage
| 1 | To start creating a new data access page, on the Objects bar, click Pages, and on the Database toolbar, click the New button. |
| 2 | To create the page using an AutoPage, in the New Data Access Page dialog box, click AutoPage: Columnar, click the arrow next to the Choose the table or query where the object's data comes from box, click Employees, and then click OK. |
| 3 | To save the page, on the Standard toolbar, click Save, and in the Save As Data Access Page dialog box that appears, click Save. |
| 4 | To view the Employees page in Internet Explorer browser, on the Windows taskbar, click the Internet Explorer icon. |
| 5 | To start opening the Employees page, in the browser window, click the File menu, and click Open. |
| 6 | To locate the Employees page, in the Open dialog box, click Browse. |
| 7 | To open the Employees page, in the Microsoft Internet Explorer dialog box, click Employees, click Open, and click OK. |

Creating a Data Access Page with the Page Wizard
| 1 | To begin creating a data access page, on the Database toolbar, click the New button. |
| 2 | To create the page using the Page Wizard, in the New Data Access Page dialog box, click Page Wizard. |
| 3 | To choose a query on which the page will be created, click the arrow next to the Choose the table or query where the object's data comes from box, click once below the scroll box on the scroll bar, click Products by Category, and click OK. |
| 4 | To move all the fields from the Available Fields of the selected query to the Selected Fields pane, in the Page Wizard dialog box, click the >> button, and click Next. |
| 5 | To set the order in which the records will initially be displayed, in the Page Wizard dialog box, double-click CategoryName, and click Next. |
| 6 | To set a sort order for the records, in the Page Wizard dialog box, click the arrow next to the text box numbered 1, click ProductName, and click Next. |

Saving an Object as a Data Access Page
| 1 | To start saving an object as a data access page, in the Objects bar, click Tables. |
| 2 | To view the table to be saved as a data access page in Datasheet view, in the Tables pane, double-click Products. |
| 3 | To start saving the design of the Products table as a data access page, click the File menu, and click Save As. |
| 4 | To assign a name to this page, in the Save As dialog box, in the Save Table 'Products' To box, type Products Page. |
| 5 | To specify the object type for Products Page, click the arrow next to the As box, click Data Access Page, and then click OK. |
