Inserting Pictures into PowerPoint
Changing the Layout of a Slide
| 1 | To begin changing the layout of a slide, position the mouse-pointer over the bulleted text, and then click the text. |
| 2 | To re-position the object, position the mouse pointer over the lower edge of the dotted-line selection box, press and hold down the mouse button, drag the object to the bottom of the slide, and release the mouse button. |
| 3 | To display the current slide layout style, click the Format menu, and then click Slide Layout. |

Inserting a Clip Art Image

Inserting and Modifying Pictures
| 1 | To begin inserting a picture, click the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click From File. |

Inserting Sounds and Movies
